3. Contact and booking builders
The contact and booking tools prepare text in your browser and open WhatsApp for review. Their fields are not submitted to this website, and preparing a request does not prove it was sent or that an appointment was confirmed.
4. Google Business Profile audit
The guided profile audit runs entirely in your browser. The business name, Google Maps URL, website, phone, and checklist choices are not sent to this website or Google. The tool does not access your account, and it prepares any WhatsApp message locally for your review before sending.
5. Local visibility dashboard
CSV files selected in the dashboard are parsed and aggregated in your browser only. File contents are not uploaded to this website or Google Analytics. The visible state clears on refresh unless you download the summary yourself.
6. Hosting and technical logs
Vercel may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser information, requested path, request time, and security logs.
7. Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4, property G-MDJ2HGF9E1, and Google Ads, tag AW-18360481022, load only after consent to analytics and ad measurement. Ad measurement attributes phone and WhatsApp button clicks to the relevant ad; a click does not confirm a received call, sent message, or qualified lead. This setup disables ad personalization and may use ad-measurement cookies after consent. Events may record contact clicks and starts or completions of the audit, booking builder, and proof-map interactions using service and placement categories only. Business names, customer names, message text, entered URLs, and CSV contents are not sent as analytics parameters.
8. Third parties
Depending on your choices, information may be processed by Vercel, Google Analytics and Google Ads after consent, Google Maps when loaded, and WhatsApp or email when you initiate contact. Each provider applies its own policies and safeguards.
9. Basis, retention, and security
Enquiry information is used to respond and take steps toward a later agreement; optional analytics relies on consent. Visitor data is not sold. Correspondence is kept only as needed for delivery, documentation, or an applicable legal requirement. Reasonable safeguards are used, while no electronic method can promise absolute security.
